Instructions to Enter South Bay USSSA Baseball Tournaments:

To enter a South Bay USSSA California Baseball Tournament you will need to:

Click Here for Team Entry Form and printout the team entry form off the website. After printing out the team entry form please do the following:

1. Fill out the team entry form and fax it TO 1 (209) 545-9656. (This helps us keep track of the teams wanting to participate)

2. After faxing the form please mail the form along with a check, to P.O. Box 62245, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-2245, payable to
South Bay USSSA
for the entry fee. The cost of each tournament may vary so make sure you check the Tournament Schedule for the correct amount of the entry fee. You may also pay by credit card by calling me at (209) 545-9656 or filling it in your credit card info on the entry form. You may also pay on-line or by telecheck at USSSA.com. 3. Please note that when entering a USSSA Tournament you will need to send the tournament director a team entry form, proof of insurance and a copy of your Fall/Winter 2002/2003 team registration/roster along with your check. All teams entering any South Bay USSSA Baseball event must have the entry form and entry fee in to the tournament director no later than the Monday prior to the tournament. If your entry form and entry fee is not in by the deadline you will not be scheduled. All teams need to register their team with USSSA ISTS system. This is not your registration, but show we may track your results, rankings, on-bracketing and more importantly, track your roster. 4. If there is a waiting list for the tournament we will take team entries on a first come first serve basis. There will be no exceptions to this policy. This policy is to protect the serious teams and the integrity of the tournament. Teams must show a copy of their registration upon check-in at the park prior to their first game. All teams participating in any USSSA event must be registered for the current season. If you are not currently registered you must Register with USSSA online..

5. There is insurance available to all teams. Find all the information that you will need to obtain insurance for your team on our Team Insurance page. It is very important to note that if your team purchases team insurance through USSSA that team managers make sure that every player be listed on your team registration/roster to insure that every player participating in a South Bay USSSA event is covered.

6. When entering a tournament managers need to know that drops from the tournament are not permitted after the tournament brackets are completed. The brackets are put on the website as soon as they are completed which is normally the Tuesday evening prior to the tournament.
